On 24 April 2026, we brought you all together for the first EV Belgium Leadership Forum 2026. As discussed at the time, we wanted to translate the key conclusions into a concrete EV Belgium Charter: a set of clear commitments through which we, as a sector, aim to demonstrate leadership in the run-up to 2030.
September 18: the moment our sector signs for the future
From conversation to action
On April 24, we took the first step together. During the EV Belgium Leadership Forum 2026, the sector's most influential players spoke out: it's time to show leadership, not just discuss it. That ambition got a name — the EV Belgium Charter: a set of concrete commitments through which we, as a sector, chart our own course towards 2030.
Over the past months, we built on that momentum. Rounds of revisions, sharp discussions, thorough review by our Board — all with one goal: a Charter that isn't non-committal, but sets direction. For the sector. For you. For the future of the federation.
Now it's up to you
On September 18, we come together again — with the group that helped lay the foundation for this journey back in April. Together, we'll put the first signatures on the Charter. Not a symbolic gesture, but a collective statement: this is what we as a sector stand for, and this is the direction we're taking together.
As a member, you're not a bystander in this story — you're a co-signatory, a co-owner of this course. Your voice, your commitment, your signature help determine how strong and credible our sector's voice is to the outside world.
