We hebben hierover reeds verduidelijking gevraagd aan het kabinet om te begrijpen wat dit concreet betekent voor de praktijk en toekomstige zekerheid.

"Il a été décidé que les dispositions de ladite circulaire restent en vigueur sans date de fin prédéterminée, et ce jusqu’à ce que leur application soit abrogée."
Nous avons déjà sollicité une clarification auprès du cabinet afin de bien comprendre la portée pratique et la sécurité à long terme de cette disposition.

"It has now been decided that the provisions of the aforementioned circular will remain in force, without a predetermined end date, and that this would be withdrawn until its application." We have already asked the cabinet for clarification on this matter in order to understand what this means in practice and for future certainty.
