Met genoegen nodigt de Raad van Bestuur van EV Belgium u uit op de Algemene Vergadering van EV Belgium, op donderdag 12 juni 2025 om 17u00 in Dolce La Hulpe (Chaussée de Bruxelles 135, 1310 Terhulpen).

Deze bijeenkomst markeert een belangrijke stap in de verdere professionalisering en vernieuwing van onze federatie.

Agenda:

1. Introductie & Goedkeuring van de Agenda

2. Jaarverslag & Rekeningen 2024

3. Kwijting van het Bestuur

4. Actieplan 2025–2026

   • Strategische ambities en geplande initiatieven

   • Toelichting van het ondersteunend financieel kader

5. Begroting 2025

6. Goedkeuring van de Aangepaste Statuten 2025

   • De herziene versie is beschikbaar via de volgende link met track changes.

   • Deze update bevat een aantal juridische correcties en toekomstgerichte verbeteringen ter versterking van de werking van de federatie.

7. Voorstelling & Verkiezing van Bestuurskandidaten

   • Er worden zes bestuursleden verkozen: 4 voor Charging, 1 voor Automotive en 1 voor R&D.

   • Kandidaat-bestuursleden zijn hier te raadplegen

   • Stemmen gebeurt live tijdens de vergadering (1 stem per participating member).

8. Keynote door Rami Syväri (BeYOnd)

   • Een vooruitblik op de toekomst van datastromen en KPI’s in laadinfrastructuur: cruciale bouwstenen voor succesvolle elektrificatie.

9. Bekendmaking Verkiezingsresultaten & Benoeming Bestuur

10. Netwerkdiner in een inspirerende omgeving: Na de formele sessie nodigen wij u uit voor een gratis netwerkdiner in de prachtige omgeving van Dolce La Hulpe. Een unieke gelegenheid om ideeën uit te wisselen, nieuwe contacten te leggen en bestaande relaties binnen ons ecosysteem te versterken.

Belang van uw aanwezigheid vereist

De Algemene Vergadering van EV Belgium op 12 juni 2025 vindt uitsluitend fysiek plaats. Er is geen digitale deelname mogelijk.

Om geldig te kunnen stemmen en besluiten te nemen, is minimaal 75% aanwezigheid van de leden vereist. Uw deelname is dus essentieel om mee de koers van EV Belgium te bepalen.
Kan u niet aanwezig zijn?
Dan kan u een volmacht geven aan een ander stemgerechtigd lid. Het volmachtformulier vindt U in deze link en moet ten laatste op 10 juni afgeleverd worden per email.

The Board of Directors of EV Belgium is pleased to invite you to the General Assembly of EV Belgium, on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Dolce La Hulpe (Chaussée de Bruxelles 135, 1310 La Hulpe).

This meeting marks an important step in the further professionalization and renewal of our federation.

Your Presence Matters

The General Assembly of EV Belgium on 12 June 2025 will take place exclusively in person. No digital participation is possible.

In order to take valid decisions, at least 75% member presence is required. Your participation is therefore essential in helping shape the future of EV Belgium.

You can authorize another voting member to vote on your behalf. The proxy form can be found via this link and must be submitted by email no later than June 10.
