Met genoegen nodigt de Raad van Bestuur van EV Belgium u uit op de Algemene Vergadering van EV Belgium, op donderdag 12 juni 2025 om 17u00 in Dolce La Hulpe (Chaussée de Bruxelles 135, 1310 Terhulpen).

Deze bijeenkomst markeert een belangrijke stap in de verdere professionalisering en vernieuwing van onze federatie.

Agenda:(u zal alle documenten tijdig verkrijgen)

1. Toekomststrategie en Prioriteiten (2025–2026): We presenteren de strategische ambities van EV Belgium voor de komende jaren, met een overzicht van de geplande initiatieven en projecten. Tevens lichten we het financiële kader toe dat deze plannen ondersteunt.
   
   
2. Statutenwijziging: We stellen enkele noodzakelijke aanpassingen van onze statuten voor ter goedkeuring, ter ondersteuning van een sterkere en meer toekomstgerichte werking. (deze versie zal U tijdig bezorgt worden)
   
   
3. Bestuursverkiezing – Oproep tot Kandidaturen: Tijdens de vergadering verkiezen we zes nieuwe bestuursleden (Industrietakken: 4 charging, 1 automotive en 1 R&D). We streven hierbij naar een evenwichtige vertegenwoordiging van de verschillende industrietakken binnen onze ledenbasis, met aandacht voor taaldiversiteit (Nederlands-Frans) en genderbalans.
   • Leden die hun kandidatuur wensen in te dienen, kunnen dit tot 28 mei 2025 via: Mijn kandidatuur indienen
   • Stemmen gebeurt live tijdens de Algemene Vergadering. Elk lidbedrijf met een participating membership heeft één stemformulier.

4. Resultaten en terugblik op 2024: Een beknopt overzicht van de voornaamste realisaties en de financiële situatie van het afgelopen jaar.
   
   
5. Keynote – Rami Syväri (BeYOnd): Een blik op de toekomst van datastromen en KPI’s in laadinfrastructuur – cruciale bouwstenen voor een succesvolle elektrificatie.
   
   
6. Netwerkdiner in een inspirerende omgeving: Na de formele sessie nodigen wij u uit voor een gratis netwerkdiner in de prachtige omgeving van Dolce La Hulpe. Een unieke gelegenheid om ideeën uit te wisselen, nieuwe contacten te leggen en bestaande relaties binnen ons ecosysteem te versterken.

Opgelet: minimum 75% aanwezigheid vereist

Om rechtsgeldig beslissingen te kunnen nemen, is een aanwezigheid van minstens 75% van onze leden vereist. Uw aanwezigheid is dus essentieel om de toekomst van EV Belgium actief mee vorm te geven!

Dear member of EV Belgium,

The Board of Directors of EV Belgium is pleased to invite you to the General Assembly of EV Belgium, on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Dolce La Hulpe (Chaussée de Bruxelles 135, 1310 La Hulpe).

This meeting marks an important step in the further professionalization and renewal of our federation.

Agenda: (you will receive all documents in due course)

1. Future Strategy and Priorities (2025–2026): We will present EV Belgium's strategic ambitions for the coming years, with an overview of planned initiatives and projects. We will also explain the financial framework supporting these plans.
   
   
2. Amendment of Statutes of the Association: To support a stronger and more future-oriented operation, we will propose some necessary amendments to our statutes for approval, . (this version will be provided to you in due course)
   
   
3. Board Election – Call for Candidacies: During the meeting, we will elect six new board members (Industry Sectors: 4 charging, 1 automotive, and 1 R&D). We aim for a balanced representation of the various industry sectors within our membership base, with attention to linguistic diversity (Dutch-French) and gender balance.

4. Results and Review of 2024: A concise overview of the main achievements and the financial situation of the past year.
   
   
5. Keynote – Rami Syväri (BeYOnd): A look at the future of data streams and KPIs in charging infrastructure – crucial building blocks for successful electrification.
   
   
6. Networking Dinner in an Inspiring Setting: After the formal session, we invite you to a free networking dinner in the beautiful surroundings of Dolce La Hulpe. A unique opportunity to exchange ideas, make new contacts, and strengthen existing relationships within our ecosystem.

Please note: minimum 75% attendance required

To make legally valid decisions, a presence of at least 75% of our members is required. Your presence is therefore essential to actively shape the future of EV Belgium!
